Quilt Keepsake Help Page

On average it takes 4-6 weeks to complete a quilt.

You can order online using your credit card through PayPal ( you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card ). Checks are also accepted and will be cleared through your bank before the project begins. Money orders are also accepted.

For all custom quilts it takes approximately 4-6 to create the quilt. After the quilt is completed  please allow 7-10 days for delivery.  For all pre-made items and non custom items (baby blankets, crib quilts, most pillowcases), it take approximately 1-2 weeks to create the items and then 3-5 days for delivery. 

In simple terms..

1. You place order
2. You pay for order
3. We will contact you within two days with details (estimated assembly time, your design ideas, etc.)
4. You send articles/garments
5. We contact you when the product is complete
6. We ship it to you
    

Quilt Keepsake offers two different flat rate shipping options through USPS. Our standard small item ground shipping is $7.50, and applies to many of our smaller less bulky items (custom pillow cases, pillow shams, Christmas stocking, tooth fairy pillows, and baby blankets). For our larger custom made quilts we offer a flat shipping rate of $15.00. This rate applies to crib quilts and all our memory quilt items. These shipping times reflect shipment within the contiguous 48 United States.
